Australian Business Lawyers is a boutique workplace law firm with a dedicated corporate and commercial practice. The firm consists of 5 partners and over 30 staff in total. In 2008/09 Australian Business Lawyers was recognised as one of the top ten Australian Employment Law firms by Asia-Pacific Legal 500 and as a finalist in the Australasian Legal Business Law Awards - Employment Specialist of the Year category.

Our skills lie in understanding and applying the numerous and often complex laws that govern industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, employment, discrimination and occupational health and safety. Our ability to simplify the complex is what distinguishes us as true experts in the area.

Australian Business Lawyers has a team of highly experienced and qualified lawyers who specialise in providing workplace relations training. Our training programs are both innovative and practical, helping to develop staff and assisting our clients to maintain a competitive edge.

Effective management training in workplace relations issues assists in reducing legal liability (and costs) by enhancing managers' and supervisors' skills and confidence in managing people. Effective employee training raises awareness of proper workplace systems and procedures, and can facilitate improved performance and morale.
