Maura Fay Workshops (MFW) is a corporate training company specialising in the design and delivery of communication skills programs. MFW is an Australian market leader in the provision of high quality corporate training, instructional design and executive coaching.

Global Coverage: The Maura Fay Group has its worldwide headquarters in Sydney, with offices in Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane as well as Singapore and New York. Many of the early clients were Australian divisions of multinational corporations, and the results MFW was achieving prompted growing international interest that eventually saw the company set up an international division, training in Asia, Europe and the US. MFW delivers training in more than 30 countries and draws on a pool of over 100 highly qualified and uniquely experienced facilitators and an expert team of training designers to deliver programs all over the world.

The Actor Factor: Maura Fay Workshops (MFW) was founded in 1987 by renowned casting director Maura Fay who, having worked with actors for many years, saw the potential of using them to create realistic practice scenarios in the corporate training arena. The use of real life scenarios and practice opportunities helps participants quickly become comfortable with new skills, which in turn makes them more willing and able to apply them in the workplace.

Client Partnerships: MFW does not simply deliver training. We work as learning and development partners, consulting with our clients throughout every phase of the training process from program development to post-delivery evaluation. We can provide Tailored In-house Workshops where the training is designed to suit the specific needs of the client.

We divide our programs into three categories:

One to One examines the interpersonal relationships and communication between individuals. The programs we offer emphasise how to influence with impact and create rapport with different personality types. Programs include Coaching and Mentoring, Conflict Management, and Cross Cultural Communication.

One to a Group examines engaging an audience and presenting a message with confidence, credibility and style. Programs emphasise individual styles and practical techniques to engage, influence and achieve results. Programs include Winning Presentations, Boardroom Influencing, Dealing with the media, and Executive Presentation Coaching.

One in a Group examines the dynamics of groups and teams. The programs emphasise developing leadership skills that manage individual and group behaviours effectively in order to achieve objectives. Programs include Leadership, Team Communication and Managing Meetings.
